Our contract with you

Our acceptance of your order takes place once we have sent you an email confirmation with details of your order including an order number.  At this point a contract will come into existence between you and Home Pizza Ovens Ltd.

 

Purchasing product on our website.

Once you have chosen a product and completed the purchase on the order on our check-out page, you have entered into a contract with us and you are bound by our terms and conditions.

Upon completing an order with us, you will be taken to our secure payment gateway where you can pay via a credit or debit card or by PayPal. Once payment is complete, you will be directed back to our site and a copy of your invoice will be emailed to you with an unique order number

 

Your right to make changes to an order

If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us. If the change is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product or timings of the delivery of the product.

If we are unable to make the change, the contact may end (see section below – your right to end the contract).

 

Delivery of the product

Delivery costs are displayed on our website and confirmed on the checkout page.

Delivery timings vary but we will keep you informed via email about likely delivery dates and times.

If there is a delay to your delivery that is beyond our control, we will contact you to update you with an alternative delivery time. If there is a substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for products you have paid for but not received.

You have legal rights if we deliver any products late or not within a reasonable timeframe. If we miss the delivery deadline, you may treat the contract as at an end. However, any goods subsequently delivered must be returned to us in an opened and undamaged condition.

A product will be your responsibility at the point it is delivered to your chosen address.

The product is yours at the point we have received full payment for it.

 

Your right to end the contract

Your right to end the contract depends on what you have bought and whether there is a fault with it.

If you have purchased a faulty or misdescribed product, you have a legal right to end the contract.

If you have changed your mind about the product you may be able to get a refund within the cooling-off period but this is subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of returning the product.

 

Our right to end the contract

We have the right to end the contract is we have told you about an error with the price or description of the product you ordered or there has been a significant delay delivering your product. If we end the contract, we will refund you in full.

 

How long do I have to change my mind

You have 30 days after the day you receive the product or until you start using the product. You do not have the right to change your mind once you make use of the product.

When we pay for the costs of return

We will pay for the costs of return is the products are faulty, misdescribed or there is an error with the pricing or description of the product.

 

General

The ovens we sell are for outdoor use only. Their construction means they are hardy to most weather conditions with the exception of extreme cold.  We recommend that your pizza oven is kept in a garage, shed or out-building during extreme cold conditions.  We also recommend that weatherproof covers are used when the oven is not in use.  Guarantees are void if the ovens are not suitably cared for during cold weather spells.

 

Which laws apply to this contract

These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
