The Fontana Marinara in rosso with stand wood-fired oven is serious piece of cooking kit! It generates heat of up to 400°C in just 30 minutes which creates the optimal cooking environment to bake pizzas and other roasting delights. It’s cooking area is 80x80cm, large enough to cook 4 pizzas at a go, perfect for a pizza loving family or group of friends. The fire surface is high quality refractory chamotte and the oven comes with a fire tool, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve, a chimney top and a closing door.  The insulation of the oven is natural rock wool and it allows to maintain temperature more efficiently. This helps to avoid the external structure from becoming too hot.
