High Quality Insulation

The Clementi has very efficient high-quality insulation. With 8cm of wool-rock insulation and 2.5cm of Skamotec fibre board beneath the bricks on the floor, this insulation retains heat efficiently and also ensures that the oven maintains a high temperature.

Built in thermometer

The oven comes equipped with a built-in thermometer  that allows you to keep track of the oven’s ambient temperature.

Chimney Damper System

The damper system For further control over the cooking process by allowing you to adjust the airflow into the oven. You can easily regulate the heat and cooking conditions according to your specific baking requirements.
