Babadoh is a unique way of proofing dough in a snug silicon container. They solve any issues of dough sticking to one another when traditionally laid out in dough trays. They’re shaped to individually hug the dough as it proofs but flexible when removing the dough without concern of loosing the shape of the dough.
Each tray has a handy lid to protect your dough from drying out while proofing.
And not only are they very practical, they look fantastic too! We love them!
